Dunkin' in Connecticut

"This is a great store with an awesome morning crew! They keep the place clean, the coffee fresh, the bathrooms and parking lot tidy. They always serve with a smile and happily fix your drink if it's not quite right (rarely happens)! They even take notice of you haven't been around for a while. I love this Dunkin, wish they were all so good!"

"Listen, the ladies were super sufficient and personable I almost wanted to stay longer to charge my phone but I didn't need to the service was that good. They got my butter pecan iced coffee order correct, naturally the wake up wrap is greasy but they got my cheese right and the hash browns were not burnt nor salty. Everything tastes better when the customer service is top tieriest and super friendly as well, as well sanitized. And that's exactly how my experience went. Can't wait to go again for the same exact order Everytime. So glad Donkin has butter pecan flavor all year around. Summer and spring time wasn't enough for me. Thanks."

"Awesome location fast service and friendly staff. They are nice to locals and travelers alike, mornings have the same faces and a big hello to everyone walking through the door... I'm not sure who started it first the staff or patrons, but for a guy with anxiety disorder it actually makes me feel safe and welcome. Food is good and the dining areas are always clean, mornings can be busy but service is still fast. Bathrooms can be sub par due to high homeless in the area I live down the street so I know the homeless crowds well... Often Dunkin Donuts is the best place they can wash up."

"Good service, friendly staff that usually remembers me. Sometimes they mess up the otgo orders (mostly when there are trainees) but are usually professional & responsive and quickly fix their mistakes. "I was 428, well that's the # on my refresher receipt , and that how much I spent on my drink , and the funniest thing my plate # is 428 and my auntie birthday is 428 , what a coincidence cashier he was nice and the breakfast sandwiches alway good. Whenever I visited in early morning Atmosphere even tho never be inside I feel if the cashier are as nice as drive thru has to be good inside just my opinion"

"I like the interior of this place, all the brown colors etc. it’s very cozy. They don’t make things correctly that often and are often out of a lot of common ingredients, but they always seem to add double syrup in my Dunkin energy, so I won’t complain!"
